Terms of Service

2026-11-07

These terms govern the booking service that Trip Fabric Technologies Limited ("TripHere", "we") provides on this storefront.

The experience is sold and provided by the business named on this page (the "Partner"). Your contract for the experience is with the Partner, who receives your payment and is responsible for the experience. TripHere provides only the booking service.

Booking

To book, choose an experience, a date and time and your tickets, enter your details and pay. You can check and correct your details before you pay. Your booking is confirmed when your payment is taken, and we email you a confirmation with your ticket and a private link to your booking. We keep a record of your booking, which you can view through that link. Keep the link private: anyone who has it can access your booking.

Cancellation

The cancellation policy shown before you pay applies to your booking. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to your experience, because it is a leisure activity booked for a specific date (Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Part 2: the Partner's booking conditions

This part is not part of TripHere's terms for the booking service. When you book, these rules form part of your contract with the Partner, together with the experience details and the cancellation policy shown before you pay. Every Partner on TripHere has agreed to apply them, and our booking service carries them out for the Partner: we send you its notices and requests, record your answers, cancel bookings in the cases stated below and request refunds through its payment account.

  • Small changes by notice. For a small change you can reasonably accept, and only where it is reasonably necessary because of adverse weather, a safety risk, an equipment problem, illness or an emergency, the guide becoming unavailable for a reason the Partner could not foresee or avoid, a change in access to the meeting point, local rules or an event, or to correct a mistake in the directions to the meeting point or its position on the map, the Partner may change the meeting point or the duration of your booking by telling you. The change must be in proportion to its reason, must not change the nature of the activity or materially reduce what you booked, and must not put a substantial extra burden on you. It applies only if our email reaches you at least 26 hours before the booked start. If the new details don't suit you, you can cancel on your booking page for a full refund until 2 hours before the start.
  • Changes that need your answer. Any other change to the time, the meeting point, the duration or the language needs your answer. We email you the proposed details, any deadline for your answer and what happens if you do not answer, and you can accept the change or cancel for a full refund. Not answering is never treated as accepting a change. If you do not answer, your booking keeps the details you booked, unless our email told you that the Partner cannot provide them and why; in that case the Partner cancels your booking at the deadline and you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Cancellation by the Partner. The Partner may cancel your booking only if it cannot provide it as booked for a reason it could not reasonably avoid. We tell you by email, and you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Cancellation by the platform. Your booking may be cancelled if we close the Partner's account for a serious reason, such as fraud or a serious breach of its terms, or if the Partner cannot provide your experience because its account or its payment account has been closed or disconnected. In those cases, we tell you by email, and you are entitled to a full refund. Your booking is also cancelled if a card dispute about your payment ends in your favour.
  • Date changes during a suspension. While the Partner's account is suspended, you cannot move your booking to another date or time. During the suspension, if your booking can be rescheduled once and you have not used that move, you can instead cancel on your booking page for a full refund, by the deadline that applies to the move.
  • Refunds. A refund under these rules is owed by the Partner, who received your payment. A full refund returns everything you paid for the booking, less anything already refunded to you. We request it through the Partner's payment account; if that is not possible, we tell you by email and ask the Partner to refund you. We do not pay the Partner's refunds from our own funds.

These rules do not limit your rights under the law.

Privacy Policy

2026-11-07

Trip Fabric Technologies Limited ("we") is the controller of the personal data processed through this booking service. Contact: help@triphere.eu. Our addresses are in the Legal Notice below. The Partner who provides your experience is a separate controller of the booking details it receives.

What we process and why

  • Booking details: your name, email address and language, and the booking itself (experience, date, tickets, amount paid) and any note the Partner adds when it cancels it. We use them to make and manage your booking (performance of a contract) and to keep the records that tax and commercial law require (legal obligation).
  • Answers to changes: if you accept a change to your booking or cancel your booking, we record your answer and, as proof of it, your email address, IP address and browser details in coded form, kept with your booking record. We use them to carry out your answer (performance of a contract) and to establish or defend legal claims about it (our legitimate interest).
  • Referral codes: if you arrive through a referral link, we record its code and the referrer with your booking. We use them to apply any referral discount to your price (performance of a contract), and to calculate the referrer's commission and show the Partner who referred you (our legitimate interest in running our referral programme).
  • Invoice requests: the billing name, address and any tax number you enter, which we pass to the Partner so it can issue your invoice (performance of a contract).
  • Support messages and booking-recovery requests: the details you give us, to handle them (performance of a contract). Reports: the details you give us, to handle notices of illegal content (legal obligation) and other reports (our legitimate interest in a safe service). Technical details of these submissions: to keep bookings secure and prevent abuse (our legitimate interests). We may also use any of these to establish or defend legal claims (our legitimate interest).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information and request logs, to run and secure the site, block automated abuse and measure the site's performance (our legitimate interest in a secure, working service).
  • Partners' public content: the storefronts and experience pages Partners publish on TripHere, including any names and photos of people they contain, and a sole trader's published business details. We show them publicly, including to search engines, AI services and other web crawlers, so customers can find and book the experiences (our legitimate interest in being found). These services and crawlers can read and use them for their own purposes, including to train AI models. If you are shown or named in this content, you can ask the Partner or us to remove it from TripHere, and you can object as described below.

You need to give your name and email address to book; without them we cannot take your booking.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own and use no advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may set cookies for payment security at the payment step, and Cloudflare may set cookies to block automated abuse when you start a booking or send us a form. Your browser also stores your display setting and the places you are reserving.

Who receives your data

  • The Partner, to provide your experience and, if you ask for one, your invoice.
  • The referrer, if you arrive through its referral link, which sees the commission on your booking but not your name or contact details.
  • Our accountant, for our accounts and tax obligations.
  • Stripe, which processes your payment for the Partner, and as a separate controller for its own purposes, such as preventing fraud and meeting its legal obligations.
  • Cloudflare, which runs our anti-abuse checks for us and, as a separate controller, uses technical signals from them to improve its bot detection.
  • Service providers that process data for us: hosting and content delivery, database, caching, file storage, email, translation, background processing, anti-abuse checks, logging, error and performance monitoring, and team messaging.
  • Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email) also use data about how their services are used, such as logs and email delivery data, as separate controllers for their own purposes, including security, abuse prevention and improving their services.
  • Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decisions where they apply, including the one for US recipients certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; other transfers use binding corporate rules or the Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards.

How long we keep it

  • Booking records: for the period tax and commercial law requires, normally six years.
  • Details entered for a booking that is not completed: 30 days, or longer while a payment matter about it is open.
  • Notes the Partner adds when it cancels a booking: 24 months.
  • Invoice requests: 24 months.
  • Booking-recovery requests: 30 days after they end.
  • Reports: up to 24 months after they are closed, and longer only while a safety, fraud, payment or legal matter needs them.
  • Support messages: as long as needed to handle them and any related claim.
  • Technical logs: up to 90 days. Technical details stored with a booking, request or report are kept for as long as that record.

Your rights

  • You can ask us for access to your data, or to correct, delete, restrict or transfer it.
  • To use these rights, email help@triphere.eu. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interests.
